These Terms of Service govern your use of Aww, Snap! Cam platform operated by Awwnderful Photobooth. By using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Our Services

Aww, Snap! Cam provides digital photo and video sharing for events, including:

• Photo and video gallery creation
• Audio guestbook functionality
• AI-powered facial recognition (FaceFinder)
• 14-month secure cloud storage
• QR code generation for guest access

Fair Usage Policy

At Aww Snap Cam, we’re all about making public events more fun, connected, and unforgettable. To keep things running smoothly for everyone, we’ve put together a few fair usage guidelines. Nothing too strict, just a few things to keep in mind:

1. Keep it clean and legal
   Please make sure any media uploaded to your digital wall or shared album is safe for all audiences, respectful of others, and doesn’t break any laws or trademarks.
2. This isn’t your average cloud storage
   Aww Snap Cam is designed to host memories from your events, not as a backup for unrelated files. For that kind of storage, services like Google Drive or Dropbox are better suited.
3. What “Unlimited” means (and doesn’t)
   Our unlimited plans are built to support large events, up to 10,000 media uploads and5,000 participants per event. If your event goes beyond that (awesome!), just reach out and we’ll happily discuss custom options.
4. Keeping things fair for everyone
   To make sure every client gets the best experience, we may remove, pause, or block any event or account that isn’t following these guidelines. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact us! we’re always happy to help.

User Responsibilities

• Use services legally and respectfully
• Respect others' privacy and rights

Content Guidelines

Payment & Billing

• Payment required for gallery activation
• Secure processing through Xendit
• Prices displayed before payment
• No automatic recurring charges

Privacy & Data

Your privacy is governed by our Privacy Policy. FaceFinder facial recognition is optional, processes data temporarily, and can be disabled anytime.

Limitation of Liability

We provide services "as is" and limit liability to the maximum extent permitted by law. We're not liable for indirect damages or service interruptions.
